This skill point requires you to complete the challenge Chains of Villainy in under 1 minute and 30 seconds. There are four anchor orbs you need to destroy.
You are in the Landstalker and need to destroy the orbs holding the civilian ships into the ground. Use the mortars to destroy them quickly. There will be a Landstalker and Stalker Turret in your way so destroy them quickly.
