How to unlock the Let's gear up trophy

  This trophy will almost automatically unlock during your playthrough, as the game ask you to craft the items as they get available. If you follow the small tutorials, this is hard to miss. You'll have to pick up the item before it appears in the craft menu, so just stay alert and investigate areas - more often than not after a fight.
  
  Here's the list of weapons to craft:
  Melee Weapon (pipe or broken board of tree with a scissor at the end)
  Shiv (knife)
  Med Pack
  Molotov
  Bomb
  Smoke Bomb

  You might not want to say this one unlocks automatically, because the game doesn't technically force you to craft everything. I didn't craft a melee weapon at all during my first playthrough (didn't want to waste a shiv!) so I missed this one.
  
  Perhaps say something like "you'll probably unlock it" instead?

  I corrected it a little. I only got 3 trophies from one playthrough. Not a very giving game.

  You might want to add that this is not a good trophy to go for on Survival mode. You get so few blades that if you make a bomb or a melee weapon, you probably won't be able to get the Master of Unlocking trophy.

  I don't think you'll have to have one of each item at the same time, just craft each item once.

  Just a note: As of patch 1.07, my crafted stats reset so I had to recraft every item again once to get it to pop. Earliest you can get this trophy is the beginning of chapter 5 (Pittsburgh) when you learn the smoke bomb.
