The description of the trophy is incorrect. You have to hit 40 HRs and play at least 20 games. Once you do that, you need to play an additional game before the trophy will pop.
Just for note: Inside the park HRs count. You can tweak the running sliders to make this much easier than having to muscle balls out of the park.
