To earn this trophy, you have to be down by a 3-goal difference at any point in the game in the first place, meaning you have to be 3-0 down or 4-1 down, etc. Then, you must make a comeback by scoring at least 4 goals or more and winning the match.
This can be done in any game mode, but the easiest way is using two controllers locally. You can do this by heading to Authentic Match > Trial Match > Pick a side and team for each controller and start the match.
