As the Hacker, you'll need to unlock the elevator door for the Agent in Level 1. Before doing so, you're given the option to send a message to your partner. Out of a list of pre-made messages, select one to send it, then repeat two more times to get the trophy. If you fail to get this your first time, simply replay the level, as the count is cumulative.
