You need to buy the Topiary Sprinkler weapon, once you have done this use R2 to Topiary an enemy (they stay still and go green with leaves on their entire body) and the switch to another stronger weapon and kill them whilst they are in this state.
Do this to 30 enemies and you will get the trophy!
