This should come naturally with play. When progressing through levels you will encounter floating tokens with an "x" on them. Each token is worth 1 spin on the slot machine mini game that appears when you die in a level. Be sure not to hit the option to "cash out" during this sequence - as your progress towards this achievement will accumulate every time the 3 bars do NOT make a match and you win nothing.
In my opinion, it is a waste of time to attempt to grind this as this trophy should be almost a given while working towards the other trophies.
