  Unlike all other USE X Power Y Times trophies, this one cannot be farmed on the Citadel Rapid Transit Terminals.
  Bring Tali with you while doing uncharted world missions or the main story where there'sa lot of Geth. Invest all your skill points (Legendary Mode for Levelling helps) in AI Hacking, you can even hack Geth Armatures when you're maxed.
  
  Do it 25 times and you'll unlock it by the time you've recruited Liara if you do Artemis Tau first.

  There's a specific point on Feros where all you need to do is cast AI Hacking, recharge and rinse/repeat.
  
  Once you first talk to the colony, you will be required to 'clear the geth in the stair case (up in the area where the elevator to the prothean skyway is located).
