This trophy is titled "Taste of Your Own Medicine" and it requires you to hack an enemy Turret and then have it kill an enemy.
During the Main Quest Hospitality, you will find yourself in the Medical District. After finding Jessica, you must grab a Hacking Device left for you by the Stranger. Progress through the mission until going underground where you'll face a set of Turrets through a door. Sneak up to the Turret on the right and hold the Square Button to begin hacking it. Complete the Frogger mini-game to finish the hack. Your newly hacked Turret and the enemy Turret will begin shooting at one another. Stand up and take a couple of shots at the enemy Turret, taking care not to kill it, to speed up the process. Once your Turret destroys the other, the trophy will unlock.
