For this trophy you will have to complete all the tutorials in Create mode.
Once you unlock your Moon, go there and pick an empty crater. Choose Create. Blank Level or Template does not matter.
Once you are in your new empty level, open your Popit, and start the first tutorial by choosing any tool or material. After you have finished the first one, the Question mark icon will be active in your Popit. This icon will start the next tutorial. Keep completing the tutorials until the icon disappears.
If the trophy has not popped, you will need to go through your Goodies and Tool bags and look for items with a red question mark icon next to them. This indicates that you have not completed their tutorial or not watched their instruction video. You don't need to watch the videos.
When you find one, hit Square, then select "Tutorial". Once completed, the question mark should disappear.
Once you complete the last tutorial, the trophy will be yours.
