After getting 500 medal points you can spawn this shotgun in anytime by pausing and going through Bonuses->Rewards->Weapon Select->Sas 12 Shotgun. Just blast away at any enemies you find and go through the menu again if you need ammo.
Also you should pause and save game after getting this so that the game keeps the medal points.
