    This Trophy is story related and will be available during your Good Karma play-through.

    The Trophy pops at the end of the "The Price" mission, Towards the end of this mission you will have make the choice to save either six doctors or Trish. You must save the doctors, sacrificing Trish for this Trophy to pop.
