Head to Royce's lab and make your way down to the core control room to get a guard disguise. Head to Royce's office and use the terminal to fire Jeremy Bolt and Alicia Reynolds. Stay on the terminal and fire Sharon Reed to fry the core. You can wait from Royce to be in the core room to also kill her at the same time.
