This is a Brave Fame achievement. You will need to be a subordinate, and have 20,000 experience, and have a good amount of Brave points.

I don't think you can get this if you're currently the Strategist so you might want to start a new game and focus only on Brave Fame, but since Brave Fame is easier to achieve then Wise Fame, you should be able to get this with out a lot of trouble.
