  1. Complete all of Rogue's side-quests and unlock the Bushido and Chill Trophy.
  2. During Nocturne Op55N1, head out onto the balcony with Mysty and talk to Johnny Silverhand.
  3. Select: "Think you and Rogue should go."
  4. Select: "Take Omega Blockers."
  5. Complete For Whom the Bell Tolls.
  6. During Knockin' on Heaven's Door, defeat Adam Smasher and enter cyberspace.

  Step 4 is take pseudoendotrizine, but otherwise this worked a charm, thanks! Do you know what happens if you pick the well and not cyberspace?

  You achieve the Temperance Trophy which is to let Johnny SIlverhand keep V's body.
