  Start from the highest point of Hephaistos's statue, often on his hammer. From there, direct your camera/gaze to a valley far south of you, west/right of the God of War statue you should be able to see within the War's Den. With either a decent stock of stamina potions, at least two bars of stamina, and the dash ability unlocked while gliding, jump once and start gliding. Once you've cleared a full 1,000 meters without breaking your glide, you'll unlock this trophy. The challenge comes in having a clear enough path with no obstacles, thus why it is suggested to use Hephaistos's statue.
  
  Another option could perhaps be using Zeus's bird statue within King's Peak and flying towards the Grove of Kleos, but I am not sure of a deepened location from there you could fly towards.

  You will also want to upgrade your stamina at least six times to have enough stamina to glide this far, or have a lot of mushrooms and pots. From the Athena statue in the Grove of Kleos fly toward the Hydra statue. You should be able to maneuver around the left side and along the cliffs then fly to the right and land on the beach below. You need to land the flight for the unlock.
