You have to kill minimum 3 enemies during 1 life for this - in any mode.
Can be achieved with any weapon. If you have a strong weapon like bazooka or sheep launcher or holy grenade, just use them at crowded places where action takes place and you get it in a few atempts. My record actually is a 7 kill streak and I just played 3 hours.
