Olympus Sentries are the common humanoid peon enemies that you'll fight throughout most of the game; to get this trophy, simply grab one by pressing circle and then press triangle to raise him over your head and rip him in half, instantly killing him.
You can unlock this trophy during the very first battle of the game atop Gaia.
