  You simply have to replay the story again after completion. I managed to do so in about 2hrs 20 on Friendly Neighborhood difficulty with all my gear upgraded.
  
  Fun fact, when the game has its intermission sections where Miles wants you to solve crimes or do the FNSM app activities, instead do 1-3 time capsules/Underground Caches, and it'll trigger the next story mission every time without fail. I used this to avoid side content entirely and shotgun through the story in one sitting.

  I am pretty sure doing any crimes is as quick as looking and opening those crates but yeah...

  2h 20 minutes …. Just … how ??? With unskippable cutscenes and other stuff to keep the story going it took more than double that time. Or maybe I just didn’t find the way to skip those cutscenes but the story cutscenes themselves felt like more than 2 hours alone.

  You can absolutely skip the majority of the cutscenes. Some can't be but the vast majority can.

  New Game+ is unlocked after beating the main story in a regular playthrough. In this mode you keep all of your previously unlocked skills and suits, but have to replay the story again. Playing through New Game+ is also required for a few trophies, such as Just the Beginning and Ready for Anything.
  
  After the credits roll and the two post-credits cutscenes play out, the game will give you a popup congratulating you for completing the game on NG+, and then the trophy will appear.

  Yes easy is definitely an option, just finished it in like 5 hours on the new game plus mode
