To get this trophy, you must first be at least rank 54, as that is when the last craftable item unlocks. You need to craft all 14 items at one of the workbenches scattered across the map. The easiest one to access is in the area you spawn in (The Yard). First step is to collect salvage from the zombies, both the green and blue salvage. I recommend getting set up and collecting salvage until around round 15-20 (solo).
Once you've collected enough salvage, you can head to the bench and craft all the items at once, or if you want to be safe you can do it at the end of a round, one by one until you have done them all. I've linked a video below showing where the bench is.
