During the 21st mission, Dual Purpose, you will unlock the Trip mine gadget. When fighting multiple enemies aim the trip mine at an enemy that is in the middle of a crowd. More often than not, the beam coming off that enemy should connect with another enemy and they will get dragged into each other. Doing this 10 times will unlock this Trophy.
