  Start a game and let the sega logo start to appear (you don't have to wait for it to fully appear) then quit the game and go to the next one. I just opened every game to make this happen, apparently unplayed games may appear as blue, but the best way to assure yourself of the trophy is to open EVERY game on the main screen in order. Wait for the S and then quit and move to the next game.

  This didn't unlock for me the first time through. I backed up my save, deleted it, used Kinglink's solution to get the trophy, and finally restored my original save.
