There are many cars scattered throughout the levels in this game so this trophy is hard to miss.
They can be easily destroyed whether you shoot them or blow them up with a grenade. While in overkill you can destroy them even faster so if you don't see an enemy on screen you may as well take the opportunity to blow up some cars.
