This trophy is very miss leading and will probably frustrate many players when it doesn't unlock. In order to unlock this trophy you must finish a game with each of the 4 turtles in one sitting. The game will lose your progress toward this trophy if you quit before unlocking it. So if you need a break between games, don't quit the game!
