    This is attained through winning the Grand Mage Games, finishing up in Chapter 5: GLORIA, Episode 2. To make the fights easier, I would suggest having your team around 27-30 prior to starting the final days of the tournament (7/4 and 7/5) as you won't be able to step out of the final fight until the tournament is over at that point.
