I personally had got this trophy while trying to do the five different grinds in one line trophy.
Go to the Easy day high school map and find the lunch tables.
Place the spawn near them and just keep trying to grind onto the first table and ollie onto the second, eventually, you'll grind on both tables and the trophy will pop.
