Found a cheat for this trophy.
Firstly start up a new Grnad Prix and make sure formation lap is turned on.
Set the proficiency to Elite and start the race. Cross the start line on the formation lap, then pause the game and skip the formation lap, pause again once the game is loaded. Put the proficiency to Amatuer or your prefered racing mode. And at the end the trophy will pop.
