I got this early into the Patrol with Dina after gaining access to the market.
Once you get in there and Ellie and Dina put their masks on to go into spore infected parts. Once through the door head right and continue right to enter a back office of sorts. In there you’ll find a safe that unlocks with the combo 07-20-13 which will give you 4 supplements and 12 parts. Use these supplements and any others you may have found earlier to make an upgrade and pop the trophy!
