Madison will walk into Ethan's hotel room and see him hunched over against the wall, after she consoles him, you have the option of having Ethan kiss Madison, kiss her and after the various stripping QTE's (giggity), you'll eventually be given the option to forgive Madison or tell her to fuck off. Obviously, for this one, you want to forgive her.
NOT forgiving her earns you another trophy.
