When you get to the power plant, enter the yard with the generators (or whatever they are called) and find the door with the butterfly painted next to it. Enter the 'tunnel' and you can either just crawl at full speed (tilt the joystick all the way forward) until you fail, or get to the end and Ethan will look at a door that literally says 'COWARD!' on it, go through it.
