These will easily be collected over the course of the game if you keep your eyes open. But if not, you can always chapter select to find them.
I've attached two videos that will show the first 15 trophies (ten in the second chapter alone). Note the video has some spoilers for those chapters.
Overall though this will be gotten with out a guide as long as the player likes to explore in these games.
