During Chapter 8, Budding Bodyguard, you'll be tasked with guiding Aerith through the Sector 5 Slums – away from the church where she cultivates her flowers and into the residential area of the Slums.

Fight a few battles, work your way through the Slums and a lady at Leaf House will ask for your help in decorating the orphanage.

Follow Aerith to her house, watch the cutscene, and you'll receive a flower-gathering basket.

Now, you'll have the choice to pick a series of flowers around the garden.

Depending on which flowers you choose to pick, the kids and staff at Leaf House will make different decorations.

    • Two white flowers, one yellow flower: Chocobo Design

Carry on with the main game until you can start doing side quests. Head back to the Leaf House and you'll enter a cutscene. Trophy unlocks after that.

Temple_JonesIt seems there is only one way to get either the Cactaur and Moogle deisngs three of each, any combination which includes yellow will default to Chocobo

    -Three Foxtail(green) flowers: Cactuar Design

    -Three white flowers: Moogle design

-Two white, One Green, or Two Green, One White: ??? untested.

-One White, One Green, One Yellow: Chocobo Design
-Two white flowers, one yellow flower: Chocobo Design
-Two green flowers, one yellow flower: Chocobo Design
    -Three Yellows: Chocobo Design

ikki_meiouI have tried all 27 possible combinations of the floral arrangements having in my mind that MAYBE the order you picked them made any difference (turns out it did not, so I just had to try 10 combinations). My results showed me that, any combination that has at least one yellow flower, ends up with the chocobo pattern, any combination that has at least one white flower and no yellow flowers, results in moogle pattern, and the only way to get a cactuar pattern is to pick only foxtails. I don't know if it makes any difference that I only played on easy, though.
