Some people say get a high ranking team of four people into a party and complete it that way. I did it on my second try, random match with no one I knew and no one with mics.
Make sure your Sam drops the Green Herb that he’s already carrying, so as not to accidentally use it and make sure your teammates pick it up (no need to be wasteful).
Blue and Yellow Herbs are fine to use, as they don’t effect your health. So just don’t pick up any Green Herbs or First Aid Sprays. But, do make sure to use the effects of your other teammates using their First Aid Sprays and of Valeries Healing Abilities, as they are fine to use for this Trophy.
Other schools of thought, have you purchase a Gun from the start and hang back. This isn’t always optimal, as the Mastermind can spawn stuff in front or behind you. So just stuck close to your Medic, use a mic if you have one and just don’t do anything too reckless.
