After completing the Dramatic Log, there will be few options to go about getting this without grinding more. The easiest to get this with would be Luffy, as all of his abilities will be on the first map and will require little more once Wano is done. His last ability, Gum-Gum Dragon Culverin, will require the Gold Medal of Kaido's dragon form, which is obtained from the Dramatic Log episode where you face it. If you are needing a specific medal, check the Treasure Logs or the Gallery to see where it can be obtained.
To obtain this, all special ability islands in Map 1 should be maxed out. This will range anywhere from simply unlocking it (1/1) to unlocking and levelling it up (2/2 and 3/3).
If the trophy doesn't unlock at this point, it is the tip of another user (Lele001986) to unlock the base skills for another character. This should unhitch the glitch and allow your trophy to push through.
