The first Photography Side Mission you do for Zeke has you take a picture of a vertical launch pole. Before or after you take the picture for him, ride the launch pole. Then do it 49 more times. You don't have to touch the ground, just let it launch you, aim away a little, then catch it again. Will only take a couple minutes to complete.
