  to get this trophy you need to complete all the main missions in rpg mode including all the post game missions upto and including mission 50. you will also have to purchase 3 DLC characters anre, yuel, and eustace from the playstation store and complete there missions in RPG mode to unlock the last entries in the glossery.

  I'd like to add that you can also revert to update 1.00. If you do so, you do not have to get the DLC or play Mission 40-50.

  There has been a recent patch that now makes this obtainable without the DLC being needed. Once you have finished the RPG mode and obtained the Event Horizon trophy, go to Journal > Glossary from the main menu and it should pop right away.
