For this you have to change the wallpaper, floor, and move all items of furniture in your house on the island. You need to buy 3 wallpapers and 1 floor, these can be found in the store you can access through the touch pad. You’ll then just need go to your house to equip these items, and then move all of your furniture at least once. This trophy was a bit glitchy for me and didn’t pop straight away, I had to close the game completely and open it again, and after just moving one item the trophy popped! So if you have any issues with it have a try doing that :)
