    You must first make it to level 9 before you can purchase this Construct for 40,000 XP. And to clarify it's not mission 9, but your character's level.

    Once you purchase it, equip it in one of your slots and kill twenty bad guys.

    ** Please note, the levels where you can fly as a jet, as in level 2, does not count for this achievement. **
