"Super Artist" is for performing super moves. These moves require a full meter in order to execute, and are usually a variation of a special move. These moves don't have to connect, they must simply be used. The meter can be built a number of ways, however the most effective I found was by using heavy kicks. My character of choice had been Ryu, given the fact his supers were easy to initiate with a double quarter circle towards the opponent + punch. It's like his usual Hadouken, only with he extra motion before it.
Personally, I chose to do these in arcade mode given the fact I had already amassed a good number of supers in that mode however you can also do these in local versus. Be warned, these two modes have separate counters so if you decide you'd like to start in one you won't have your progress when you start another.
Unlike EX moves, there is no dipswitch to give you infinite supers. This one will be a little bit of a grind but nothing too much.
