How to unlock the You're Hired trophy

    I was able to do this with Montreal. I did notice while trying to get this trophy that the coach overall rating is random at times. When you find a team that starts with an A+ overall rated coach, just fire them, select the assistant coach to be the interim head coach. And go try to re-hire the coach with the A+ rating. This may take a couple tries with budgeting the correct amount of cap space needed.
