Pretty easy trophy, but it does involve a bit of luck. Starting on the second floor of Stage 3, if you are having trouble getting higher on the tower, there's a chance that Rin will start playing the piano, which will slow the progress of the blocks falling and give you more time to keep moving.
Once that happens the first time, the trophy will unlock.
