Season objectives aren't available until you reach the WRC level in career and are very simple. Look for the team whose season objective says "Finish in the top 3 or 5 in a rally".
WRC rallies are 6 stages with two of them being Extended Stages (ES). With the difficulty on Easy, you should win Monte Carlo by almost 2 minutes and this trophy will pop at the results screen of the rally.
