This trophy is obtained by upgrading a shield with Cloudstones.
A 'Dark' Shield must be strengthened by Cloud stones up to the maximum level 5 in order to get the trophy.
The shields with the lowest required amount of Cloudstones to reach +5 are (Shard/Chunk/Pure):
Buckler: Starting weapon for Royalty or Thief class
OR Buy from Once Royal Mistress (found in 3-1) for 1500 souls (20/7/1)
Soldier's shield: Starting weapon for Soldier class (
)
OR Sold by Dregling Merchant (can be found in Boletaria) for 1000 souls (20/7/1)
Best places to find Ores:
Cloud shard:
- 4-2 Graverobber Blige, 3000 souls each. If you've taken the shortcut to 4-1 boss, you may need to backtrack to rescue him.
- Dropped by Storm Beasts (through 4-1,4-2,4-3)
Chunk of Cloudstone:
-Rare drop by Storm Beasts (through 4-1,4-2,4-3)
Pure Cloudstone:
- 4-3 Storm King Archstone
-Very rare drop by Storm Beasts (through 4-1,4-2,4-3)
