This will happen inside the Illuminarium factory. Make a save before attempting this. You have to flip the Power Swtich and interact with the console. Once that is done, you will get a picture with the assembly line on the left (you can't do anything with it) and two columns of pluses and minuses on the right. From top to bottom you should have the sequence below:
5x minus
2x plus
1x minus
2x plus
1x minus
Then hit the button on the bottom right and the trophy should pop.
