    Actions
    Go to sandbox and then use the garage door to go to the auction.
    Outbid everyone else on any car by pressing cn_X until it lets you win. You have unlimited money on this mode, so shouldn't be a problem.

    You can still do this during story mode, but this is quicker on sandbox.
