There are two locations required to play all arcade games in Judgment.
The first one is Club Sega on Nakamichi Street, which includes:
Fighting Vipers
Fantasy Zone
Puyo Puyo
Virtua Fighter 5
The second location is Club Sega on Theater Square, which includes:
Kamuro of the Dead - Downstairs
UFO Catcher - Downstairs
Motor Raid - Upstairs
Darts - Upstairs
Space Harrier - Upstairs
Note: You have to exit out of the game with the touch pad, as exiting the game and finishing your playing of it will count it as 'played'/'completed. So your last game will require you to finish it/back out of it to pop this.
