  You will earn the trophy in The Secret Armory of General Knoxx DLC. After you complete the "Prison Break: Over the Wall" mission, you will enter Lockdown Palace and start a new mission called "Prison Break: Try Not to Get Shanked", where you will have to kill Mr. Shank, grab the PTD and free Athena.
