When you're en route to your second gather with the Little Sister in Ryan's Amusements, you'll enter an area with a long track. On the left near the beginning of this area is an Andrew Ryan animatronic. In the back left corner of his room is a golf club. Pick that up with telekinesis and throw it at the Ryan animatronic. If you've played the first game, you'll understand the reference.
