  After playing through your career, or playing enough songs to have played one in each venue that you can choose - you have 3 more to get. Choose songs you've already played... the second time you play a song you are given the choice to choose a venue - you need to choose and complete songs in 'Backstage', 'Recording Studio', and 'The Stone'

  You can just play one song in every venue in one of the career and you can get it that way. However, if you don't have any of the Death Magnetic DLC, you'll have to play a song you already beat and select "The Stone" venue. If you do have Death Magnetic, all the songs you have will be playable after beating "The Thing That Should Not Be" and will be played in the stone by default.
