If you can't do this locally, just boost with friends online as it's pretty hard to find people through matchmaking as the GH servers now are pretty bare
Also, you don't have to activate at the exact same time. Just make sure you're all using star power at the same time at one point during the song.
You need to make sure to have 4 bulbs filled up in order for everyone to use it. |
